Mold Inspection
As mold inspectors, it is important to provide our clients with the most detailed assessment and efficient methods to reduce further exposure and damage to their health and property. In order to accomplish this successfully, we at HEMCO perform a rigorous step by step inspection. Our work practices for mold assessments are in compliance with the NYDOL (New York Department of Labor) guidelines (NYS A4759 Article 32.sec.945.).

Mold Remediation
When performing mold remediation, It is HEMCO’s top priority that the scope of work provided by the initial Inspector is completed. To ensure the satisfaction of our clients, HEMCO is fully aware of changes that may occur upon discovery of more mold beyond the scope of work, and will work cooperatively with the assessor to fully remediate and complete the work. Our work practices for mold remediation are in compliance with the NYDOL (New York Department of Labor) guidelines (NYS A4759 Article 32.sec.946.).
